Does the Probate Judge perform/officiate marriage ceremonies?
 
Yes.  The Probate Judge performs wedding ceremonies once a month by appointment only.  The dates are as follows:

                June 25, 2010

                July 23, 2010

                August 13, 2010

                September 24, 2010

                October- NO CEREMONIES THIS MONTH

                November 19, 2010

                December 10, 2010

To inquire about available times, please call 330.725.9703 or you may make arrangements at the time you and your fiancé apply for your marriage license.
